My experience with Verdure health clinic has been very satisfactory. I had no strength or movement in my thigh after a hip replacement. From the 1st appointment with Shireen I knew I was with a very professional individual. She worked hard and made very good progress. After 4 appointments I am happy to say I have a lot more movement and strength. I would highly recommend Verdure and Shireen without any hesitation she really does get you back to feeling comfortable with your movements. 🙏Thank you 🙏

I’ve been going to Vedure Clinic for osteopathy treatment, and the difference it has made is huge. They helped me significantly with muscle fatigue and persistent pain that I’d been dealing with for a long time. As an Ironman athlete, I constantly struggle with stiffness especially in my back and their treatment has genuinely improved my mobility and recovery. They really know what they’re doing, and the care feels tailored rather than generic. I can confidently say they’re among the best at what they do, and I highly recommend them.

Shireen was able to quickly identify and let me know what the specific issue was with my back and inform me of specific exercises that would help. This is unlike previous therapists I had seen who just gave generic advice that was not effective for my particular issue.

I have used Verdure clinic for sports massages and had a great experience. The under-graduate masseur had an excellent and relatable manner and was very informative when we were talking about sports injury / muscle recovery. I will go back! ✅

I visited Shireen at the clinic today and she gave me the most amazing treatment called Eamon - a combination of progressive relaxation and joint mobilisation - that was taught to her by an 80-year-old ardent naturopath. Shireen is a wonderful osteopath with the most lovely calm demeanor and she puts you at ease when you meet her and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Shireen has been fantastic with the support and care she has provided with my post-surgery back issue. After a major abdominal surgery, I developed serious lower back pain and spinal stenosis. After struggling with it for a very frustrating period, I got in touch with Shireen and it has been an upward journey since. She used a combination of osteopathic interventions to alleviate my severe pain which helped improve my quality of daily life and mobility. She also gave me an exercise routine to help strengthen weak muscles to better support my back and weight - with the level of challenge increasing as I progress. The best part though is her positivity and constant encouragement which gives me the confidence to get through this difficult phase and believe that I can regain my physical interests and activities soon again!
